// 01 — About MIMESIS

Founded within the
Armed Forces

MIMESIS emerged from the Armed Forces of Ukraine as a direct response to the real needs of modern warfare. The project developed within the military sphere through combat training, studying and integrating combat experience — within the Brigade for the Protection of State Strategic Objects of the MoD of Ukraine.

The combat experience of MIMESIS is not a personal impression or a collection of private testimonies. It is a generalized data stream, processed by a hybrid sensor-analytical system that integrates QA engineering, OSINT, AAR and R&D technologies into a single circuit of detection, analysis, verification and improvement.

The pace of the modern world makes technologies obsolete faster than organizations can absorb them. An organization without a module of permanent dynamic improvement becomes a static target. MIMESIS is that module.

From the military circuit — to miltech companies, law enforcement, civilian, corporate and international sectors. The zero-waste cycle of MIMESIS transforms the range into a practical laboratory.

Experience
Conversion System

P.R.I.S.M. and FRAX — the technological framework that converts combat experience into implemented solutions.

P.R.I.S.M. Base Framework

The base framework of MIMESIS, organizing the spectrum of collection, analysis, verification and implementation mechanics. Works as a techno-methodological gradient parameterized by research results: the theoretical level is realized through virtual tools, the MR range serves as the central node, and the completion of the cycle is physical combat application in real conditions.

FRAX Working Protocol

The main working protocol within P.R.I.S.M. The core is a combination of AAR, OSINT, QA engineering and R&D. Purpose — to transform observations into implemented solutions. Process: intake control → Dry-Lane → WarBox → Practical/Execute with telemetry, replay and electronic improvement protocol.

Military Integration

How MIMESIS Works with Military Structures?

Interaction is built as a closed cycle: from the first unit request to the implementation of a verified solution in combat practice.

01

Initial Request

The unit forms a summary request by direction: tactical deficiency, technical need or methodological inefficiency. MIMESIS conducts initial analysis and determines the order of further work.

02

Data Collection and Analysis

The MIMESIS analytical team, together with specialized unit experts, conducts structured AAR sessions, OSINT analysis and field observations. All data passes QA filtering.

03

Solution Development

Based on collected data, an R&D proposal is formulated: a new SOP/TTP, a technical adaptation or a training module. The solution is agreed with the client prior to the verification phase.

04

Range Verification

The solution is tested under MR range or Dry-Lane conditions — with telemetry, replay and participation of the client unit's personnel. Corrections are made based on results.

05

Implementation and Handover

The final solution is delivered in a format ready for direct application: a documented SOP, a training course or a technical package. MIMESIS provides methodological support during the implementation phase.

06

Feedback and Iteration

After combat application, the unit returns data on the effectiveness of the solution. This closes the cycle and feeds the next iteration — MIMESIS improves the solution at no additional cost to the client.

Engagement Formats

One-time Request

Analysis of a specific tactical or technical problem with delivery of a documented solution.

Program Collaboration

Long-term engagement within an agreed R&D direction: regular data exchange, joint exercises, iterative development.

Embedded Analyst

A MIMESIS specialist works directly within the unit's structure: collects data, conducts AARs and provides recommendations in real time.

Training Module

Development and delivery of specialized training at the MIMESIS range or at the unit's deployment location.
